Please can someone supply the sky swap address. I'm paying for my return to bump up the insurance value and the label that sky sent me has a sky swap address and a returns address (I assume for the new phone if returning it, but I'm not! Just the swap!). Thanks

Hi @KJVT you need to use the label provided by sky as it has details included to link your swap to your account, you can't just post it to an address.

In th email it sent me it says if you want to insure it for more I'll have to pay for guaranteed so no way to do it with the label they sent so just need the address as I've put my customer number on the label
