Sky swap prepaif package

Hi, need advice, did sky swap and sent my old phone back in the pre paid box.  It's been 4 days and sky still say they haven't received my phone. It was sent tracked 48!

It can take 2-3 weeks for the company that handles the returns on behalf of Sky to receive in your delivery so as long as you keep the tracking safe you shouldn't have any issues and if you do just call Sky on 150 to get them those tracking details.

Hi thanks for your reply, it's worrying as no royal mail tracking update to say its been delivered. Can't afford to pay if phones gone missing.
