Help required please!
As part of the sky swap it asks your to cleanse and full factory reset your old device before sending back. My device is dead, won't switch on so I can't do this the standard way. There seems to be a way where you log into Google find my phone but again this doesn't not work I guess because the phone is dead. So unsure how I am meant to do this. Thoughts?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the phone is truly 'dead' then you cannot reset it. Its value is going to be seriously impacted too - it may be worthless if beyond reasonable repair.
You may have to call Sky for advice.
