Roaming won’t work in Canada

Hi @SH73  there had been an ongoing issue in Canada for some customers. If you have an iPhone try going to settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the setting there. If it's an android look for the sim toolkit and change the setting there.

That worked, thank you! Had to try a couple of networks  but it finally got going with the second choice.

I arrived in Canada yesterday and despite increasing my spending cap and allowing data roaming I can only make sos calls and have no internet connection. I have tried all of the fixes on the sky site but nothing works

Hi. I've checked through all settings and the hints in the app. I didn't receive a welcome message upon arrival yesterday and still cannot connect. I have travelled various locations in Europe recently and never had a problem. Any tips please?? I have tried to ring the sky number in the app but this also doesn't work
