We have just returned from Canada and there is still no connectivity other than SOS calls

Have spoken to 5 Sky agents over past few weeks they seem to be in denial

I went into sim applications from

the settings screen and chose sky settings from some random menu and changed network selection off of auto. Sorry I can't remember what I did but I found the solution on a random Reddit page. No idea why every other place I travel to roaming just clicks in.

No welcome message and nothing working in canada

I arrived in Canada on Sunday and didn't receive a welcome message. I followed all of the steps including updating my phone, setting roaming to on, updating the apn and trying to select a network such as Rogers, bell etc. When I did that it just says 'your sim card does not allow connection to that network.' I'm stuck with a constant emergency calls only message and I can't even call sky for help as it won't let me make calls.

This has been 2 months now!!! How long does it take Sky to sort it out?  We were in Canada for 7 weeks and had no network connection in all that time! It made for a very difficult holiday relying on WiFi to contact people. Sky have done NOTHING and even had the cheek to send me a survey to complete for customer satisfaction! Will

look at changing from Sky before we go anywhere abroad from now on.

I have tried to make a complaint for over 6 weeks, had phone put down on me, very rude staff and finally got a some token gesture  but they still claim there's no problem, phone still not working and they claimed they haven't refunded any eSIMs when people have had that done for them. I just got a token gesture but will be swapping contract on my daughters return!  Very very poor service

I will be changing contracts when I get home also , their level of service and customer service is deplorable. My flight home from Canada was cancelled yesterday and had no way of making phone calls due to Sky roaming service not working, we purchased esims but they only provided mobile data service with no calls..

Roaming not working in Canada

I'm in Canada and my roaming has not worked the entire time. I travel here often and have never had a problem but this time, no signal. I've tried all the steps on the help pages. Everyone around me has good signal, including my daughter who is also on Sky. 
Of course, I can't call Sky for help because I have no signal. I feel absolutely infuriated. What is going on?

Hate to burst the bubble, but sky claim to be absolutely unaware and they are reporting no problems in Canada!!!!! Total fantasy land, I have suggested they look on this page

That can't possibly be true - the Superusers have been telling us for months how hard Sky are working to resolve this issue, and how we shouldn't question the fact that that may not be the case
