Data Roaming not working in Canada

I travel frequently between UK and Canada and never had a problem with data roaming until my last two trips April & right now. No spend cap or anything to stop it - it's really difficult for me to do anything because I'm relying on WiFi and need sat nav and my bank account when I'm out and about lol - how can I resolve this? I've been through all the online steps to no avail

Data roaming

I arrived in Toronto yesterday and my son and I can not connect to mobile service. 
I have followed all the online troubleshooting. Can you help? It's not the devices.

Sky mobile Canada

I arrived in Vancouver last night and my sky mobile was working okay connected with no problems, woke up this morning and no connection emergency only . I see from this forum that other people had issues with this recently too so I guess it's still an active  problem. Has there been any solutions recently?

If indeed they are looking into it they are not informing their customers.

 

We used esims for the 3 weeks we had no service

Sky refunded the cost of our esims on our return to the UK - our phones didn't work until we finally recd assistance from Sky 24 hours after our return
