Discussion topic: Sky sim and provided PAC but number not updated

I activated my Sky sim yesterday with PAC code and put it in my phone today. Number on the Sky sim is the number allocated by Sky and not my old number. Any advice?

If you gave Sky the pac code yesterday have they told you today that the number has transferred ?
