Sky prepaid packaging to return old mobile phone
Sky told me they would send me a prepaid package to send back my old mobile phone. They have not done so, but I have received a warning from them that if I do not send it back within 14 days they will not credit me with the amount they quoted to me. How am I supposed to get the packaging please?

Hi @SPAH you are supposed to use the packaging your new phone arrived in and the address should have been on that. If you no longer have it then you need to call sky on 150 and ask them to send some more.

- I have returned the mobile to sky but an email I received says its not been sent. I have the postoffice receipt to prove I have returned it
