Ive used the roll data on to my sim (first time doing it). The balance has gone down but it's not going on to the sim. The phone has no data showing.
Any advice. 😊

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOther people have been reporting the same issue this evening so they are issues so I would say don't roll over any more data as it will catchup when the issue has been fixed.
