Somehow sky have put my sim and phone on different accounts I've been putting money in the sim account as was confused why I got an email saying I was in debt.
Anyway now I got a debt collection letter I sent then screenshot showing I'm in credit and they informed me the debt has a different account number ?
How is this possible I ordered off the app when logged in? I can't access the phone account as its same email as sim so would only reset sim account password still won't get me to my phone account 😑 .
No joy contacting sky today as my number saying not a sky number this is the only number I've had and is definitely a sky number.
Any advice be much appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more150 is the number that should get you through to Sky, failing that you will have to use social media so sites like Facebook messenger or whatsapp or you could put in a complaint:

Tried 150 says I'm not calling off a sky number it's all very odd. I've messaged on Facebook and insta so will wait till tomorrow after work.
