Sky not sending PAC code 2 hours on the phone

my mum is trying to leave sky mobile.

when she joined sky mobile she sent a text for PAC code from three mobile and switched to sky.

Now she wishes to swith back to three however she cannot get the PAC code?

she text the number for the PAC but gets a message saying they cannot send and she needs to phone them along with a phone number.

She went to three shop for some help and they phoned the number along with my mum and they were on the phone for 2 hours. trandfered to 4 departments and she now has about 5 or 6 telephone numbers they were given. 

nobody at sky seem to help. My mum even went to a sky salesmen selling sky services and he tried to phone but no help.

the links to leave sky on these forums don't work and all seem to take you to the sales pages via redirects. I have access to her account and have tried on PC and mobile app but none have access to request PAC code.

 

has anyone got a working current link as this service from sky is appauling. Im looking at reporting as they are failing in their statutory obligations to send out the code.

Has she tried calling this number ?

Has she been paying for ger sim for 12 months or more ?

Yes she called the number at the three shop from her mobile that was in the text message.

They then transferred around trying to sort. The last thing she was told was to try a different number and they couldn't see why the PAC code wasn't being sent.

Yes the contract is at an end. I think it was 24month though I cannot understand why as she only has SIM no phone package.

Is she texting PAC & her birthdate to the number?
