I sent my phone to sky on Wednesday 10 th jan. I still haven't heard anything back it states I should hear back within a day

It can take 2-3 weeks for it to be received into stock so you have a little while longer to wait.

Thank you it's not for a phone it's for sky recycle on the website states one day

In that case if there is a number shown via a contact us type link at the bottom of the page it might be worth calling them about this.
