Sky not able to send me verification text

Hi everyone, for some reason I cannot get any messages from Sky. When I try and change my email address or when I speak to an agent they say they will send a text verification. I never get anything from them. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it. It is so annoying as now feel locked out of my account.

Are you sure you haven't been sent a verification email to this email address you want to change it to ?

Positive, I was speaking to a agent about getting a new sim and I confirmed my number but tried several attempts but no text. Now I'm trying to update my email and getting the same issue
