Hi there, can anyone help? I applied for a new contract and had a message back the next day saying credit check approved and a sky representative will be in touch or I could go online. When I log in to the app not much is working, I thought I may have recieved a message so i could carry on with my order but can't seem to find my application or anything.. Its putting me off going with sky to be honest

Not sure why it would say that so I would give Sky a call.
