Sky mobile

Hi I've just selected a new sky mobile plan however it did not substitute my current one instead it created a new one

Hi @Rafael+M are you saying you have ordered a new sim/plan ? If that's the case then dont activate it when it arrives and you won't be charged. Have a look at the link below for how to change your mix.
