Sky mobile

I really need help I've payed my phone bill this morning online but I also have two iPads and when I've made payment it's come off the iPads so how do I know if my phone has been payed as can't see my mobile on the sky app

Hi @Vauxhall+insignia  give sky a call on 150 and they will look into it for you, no one here can access your account information.

I would Sooner speak with someone online as I can't talk on the phone I stutter a lot
