Sky mobile swap

Fake damage on swap for the 2nd time. 50% reduction on value of perfectly good working non damaged phone with your details of the damage is damage has been found. No detail or what or where as I have photos to prove you wrong. As soon as the expire I will be taking all 5 of my family's phone contracts elsewhere.

@bods01  I'm afraiod you're not addressing Sky via the forum, we are all customers here.
