Sky mobile sim keeping the same number swapped over 3 weeks ago followed all instructions but FaceTime and iMessage won't work. Tells me to reindeer sim to use the same number done it a few times and nothing changes?

Did you use a PAC code to move your number to Sky?
Or did you activate a new SIM?

Had a sim only with 02 moved to sky got a new sim.
got Pac code from 02 and followed leaflet from sky with the sim activated the sim first thing it asked for was Pac code. Got a text to say within 24hours my sim would change over and it did then got a pop up message saying iMessage and FaceTime is signed out renter sim to keep use. Done this more than once and still nothing.
