Sky mobile payment

My bills was due to come out direct debit on the 1st and they never I've the money in my bank the whole time it was ment to be £72 and today it's came out and they have charged me £78 does anyone know why

Hi @Abbie01  no one can tell you without looking at your bill. It does cost £6 for an extra gig of data or 3 days roaming in a passport plus country ?

Payments aren't processed on Bank Holidays or weekends so your payment wouldn't have been processed on the 1st anyway. The banks and Sky will have being playing catch-up.

In that case you will need to call sky on 150 @Abbie01   You should be able to see on your bill compared to last month where the extra £6 is appearing.
