Sky mobile ireland - same address to different accounts

I currently have the sim only plan with sky ireland mobile, now my partner wants to join aswell.

But when she started to fill in the application online, they asked her was the the primary account holder at the address. I can understand why that would be an issue for broadband or tv but two separate people who live at the same address should not be and issue ?

Is your partner planning on having her own account because if she wants her sim on your account only you need to do is to order the sim via your account then you will both have shared access to the same piggybank.
