Sky mobile in USA

Hi, My second time in USA since with Sky. Samsung S24, no spend cap, voicemail pin set, volte calls on. Yet it doesn't work again. Anyone knwo why, very annoying. I changed planes in Iceland on the way, worked very well there. Not impressed. Kev
