Sky mobile delivery

I ordered my new sky mobile on the 10th of this month and I haven't received it yet. There's no updates on delivery only that it's in progress and I've had no contact to say there's a delay as the forums say. I contacted sky and they couldn't give me any updates just wait for them to contact. How long has someone waited for delivery? I am not paying for the contract this month when I don't have use of the phone 10 days and counting is the longest I've ever waited for a phone. @skymobile
