Does anyone know the email address for Sky mobile customer service? I've tried speaking to someone on aseveral occasions but want to put my complaint in writing..

Hi @Animal+663  this is a customer helps customer forum, not sky CS. Nothing will happen as a result of your post here. Call sky on 150 for help with this. It takes 2-3 weeks for phones to be processed so until then you will be charged. Any overpayment will be refunded.
