Sky mobile charge

April 4th 2025 I have been charged a sum I don't recall or recognise. I discussed with sky 4/3/2025 so a month ago about a new contract which hasn't obviously amended as I have still been charged the old amount from my previous contract. Please can this been amended and if not possible I will call in during office hours.

This is what you will need to do as this is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky via here.

Sky charge to call me charge me hundred pound for Kyle which I haven't made. I made my call to Wi-Fi on WhatsApp. No Sky is billing me for one car for £100 and I'm not paying it

Hi @Sonking  sky don't normally charge for a call you didn't make so there must be more to this ? Were you abroad when you called ? If you don't pay there is a good chance your services will be restricted and you could have your contract terminated and have to pay any credit agreement in full in one go. It's best to talk to sky to try and resolve the issue. This isn't sky CS here so call them on 150 to engage with them.
