Sky mobile cancel after singing the agreement
Hi, I have purchased 2 Iphone 16 Pro max over the phone, paid the upfornt cost singed the contract and agreement and then my received email saying my order has been canceled

It's possible the deeper credit check has failed. You'll have to call Sky to confirm.

If that is the reason be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days. If it takes longer than that you’ll need to call Sky to chase it up.
