Sky mobile bill

Hi

 

i've just received a text saying my bill has gone up and that all future bills will be £18 for 2 sims, but I've recently updated my sim contract to only pay £6.25 pm for which I have the emails to confirm this

Hi @Apidya  as we are customers here like you we have no access to your account information. What do your future bills show. If that is showing the incorrect cost then call sky free on 150 for more help.
