Sky mobile bill says paid but not took out my bank account

My sky mobile direct debit is due today , It states on my sky account that its paid today 25th Feb but it hasn't been taken out my bank account the money was sitting in there and still is it has always come out by 1am every day its due unless it falls on a weekend or bank holiday then its the day after I'm so confuses I contacted my bank to see what was happening but they said sky haven't even tried to take the direct debit today . But it shows on my sky its paid any help would kindly be appreciated.

Do nothing.

 

It will clear in the next day or two.

 

Do not be tempted to make any manual payments.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It will show as being paid when it is in the process of being taken  down as stated above your account will update in a day or two to show that it has been paid.
