Sky mobile age rescrictions how to remove

Contacted customer care was told someone will have to contact me in 5 days to remove age restrictions which is not acceptable can anyone here help

They should have been able to do it for you there and then if you have signed a credit agreement for a mobile device that is because only someone aged 18 or over can do this. I also doubt very much that you will get a call back in 5 days.

 

Do you have a credit card yourself or perhaps you can use one from someone as you can then do it yourself here:
