Have you linked it as per this:

If you have then are you signed in with your main Sky ID ?

What is happening when you try to link it so does it say that it is already linked ?

That might mean you are not using the right ID to access your account so you will either need to call Sky or use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page about this.
