Sky mobile Ireland set up cost

I tried to switch my mobile phone provider to sky mobile yesterday on the website, it quoted that there was no set up cost for a new device and monthly plan. The order would fail on the website. When i went to one of your shops i was told that i would have to pay a set up cost for this plan with no explanation why. Why would it be advertised as no set up cost only to be charged at the very end of signing up.

For a sim there is no set up cost but if you have only just past the credit check for a mobile then you might be asked to pay something towards it and what you do pay will be taken off what you will be paying for the device.
