Sky mobile Ireland - roaming US not working

Hi

On holidays in USA and haven't been able to connect to any network over here with the Sky sim and no signal whatsoever. I have tried all the troubleshooting. Cant make/receive calls or test which is highly impactimg me as need to ring bank and need 2,FA messages for some apps.

Can someone please help?

What have you tried as it is difficult to help without knowing what you have done ?

I have tried the sky menu app changing that to automatic and also sky settings

I have then tried to select the netwoork operator by deselecting autopick and selecting a network operator in the US. Tried them all AT&t, TMobile, Verizon. Just get an error message that it cannot connect to these when it tries to register.

Tried changing some of the APN settings per the troubleshooting guide on the sky mobile app

Also been restarting phone multiple times to see if this helps but didn't

Although you don't have to do you have a spend cap set because if you do then it needs to be higher enough to cover your stay.

Other than that I think you have done everything that there is possible to do, was the menu app showing as being set to Abroad before you changed it ?

I don't think I ever set data roaming limit

Are you able to manually change it to Abroad to see if that helps ?

There is no option for abroad. Just the three options per the screenshot above
