I have new sim two days ago but speed still varies sometimes in the day get about 12-14mbps last few days around lunch time it’s barely 0.3mbps.
not sure what to do now as I can’t b stuck with this for next two years. And means transferring my number back to Vodaphone. Can’t see it being a problem with the phone as they said next step would be swap that.

Can you let me know how you get on at apple .
ive just googled it and seems it is an issue with the phone.
Again this morning all I am getting is 0.7mbps so frustrating.
May call sky see if they can send out a replacement.

Apple said that there’s no hardware fault but set it up as a new iPhone and see how it goes from there.
so I’ll be back to sky mobile and contact them over this issue again if not I’ll return the iPhone Xs max to sky.

I've been trying for about 2 weeks since I got my new phone to get my mobile data to work and I just cannot figure it out. I'm so unhappy.
I purchased a larger phone and went with SKY as opposed to 02 in order to value books when I am out of the house but I cannot do this as my mobile data, although turned on will not connect me to the internet.
