Sky keeps trying to take money

I have payed my sky mobile twice now as they keep trying to take money and even now every day they keep trying to take money out even when my bill has been paid

If you have a direct debit or card payment set up on your account then you should never need to make a manual payment as you have done. What should happen is a credit should appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid and this will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill no money will be taken from your account. You can also call Sky to ask them to refund the credit.

Thank you. I am in credit by 1 month now but they still keep trying to take money out every day still

They will do due to the reason I stated above because it appears you made this manual payment to late to stop Sky taking the payment automatically so once they do you should see more credit on your account.

If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. I would suggest NOT making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky. Doing so is what has caused you this problem.

No. You can't stop the payment Sky are trying to take. Stop making all manual payments.

The chances are they will not be able to stop them because this is how your account is set up to pay the bill which is what is happening.

Payment was set up using a debit card so not a DD so not sure as not showing on my direct debits so I'll have to call sky

If you have a ddebit card set up on your account then this Sky will automatically take it from this, so what we posted above about not making manual payments still applies.

Thanks everyone little confused. I missed my 1 payment so payed it with my card on my sky app and the day later they took another amount out so I'm a month in credit yet they still keep trying to take founds out . I can't stop this via my bank as not  dd ?

Let them take it. Once the original planned payment has been processed a credit should appear on your Sky account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your card.
