Sky is saying I have more devices then I do
I keep being advised I have 5 devices on my family plan. But I only have 4 with active contract and 4 with outstanding balances. How do I get my devices from old contracts removed

Hi @Becca57 you can't. Only devices returned to sky will drop off eventually. If it's stopping you placing an order you need to call sky on 150 for help.
