Sky is my mobile provider how do i fit a new sky sim?

I need to fit a new sky sim, i am already have a sky sim , but cannot find the answer . All a seem to find is if i am swapping from another provider.

@km102  Did you order a new data plan as it sounds like you have, you can't transfer your number from one Sky sim to another, what you should have done is upgrade your current plan.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Then simply insert your current SIM.

 

Any new SIM will have a new phone number if you activate it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sky have sent me a new sim because its a different tariff, obviously i want to keep my old number. still confused !

You cannot transfer numbers between Sky SIMs.

 

You have the following options:

1) Use the new SIM with a new phone number (and cancel the old one)

2) Ask Sky if they will apply the new tariff to the old SIM (They probably won't)

3) Transfer the number out of the network and back to the new SIM
