So I have had my account for the past two years and all my bills come out in time every month and the price is always correct however when I go into the app or online to manage my account and contract it tells me everything is un available and I try to link my sky id however it tells me the same thing and I'm not sure why

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
