Sky has taken to much money

Hi I did a swap on my phones and I was informed and have a email saying 130 left to pay and sky has taken 230

The email might be wrong if £230 was taken so what did it should via your account that was left to pay because when you did the swap it should have told you what you had left to pay against it.

After swapping your next bill will include the outstanding amount (in full) and any other device plans (i.e. a new device) and any dataplans you have.

 

The £230 bill will be fully itemised...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
