Sky configuration wrong to my oppo Reno 7

My oppo Reno 7 incoming calls display unknown number for all numbers, I have narrowed this down to the configuration settings for this mobile, all other Sims work expect sky, how do I change this so my incoming calls display the correct name and number?

Hi @AndrewSto83  as that phone isn't supplied by sky you may get more responses/help on an Oppo forum ?

I have spoken to oppo direct and been through a number or setting changes on the phone, it is definitely the configuration from sky to my oppo phone, if this can't be changed then I can't use sky service
