Sky blacklisted Phone and sim without my permission, now not answering emails

So yesterday I got an email saying my device and sim had been blacklisted at my request, which I hadn't requested, I called up and spoke to an agent who read some notes and said someone called up pretending to be me, then back tracked, and said it would be sorted within 24 hours, it's past that, they are now ignoring emails and I've tried to call got through and they've hung up on me! I'm fuming!

Sky don't use email for general communication so that will be why you've had no response by that method. If necessary you'll need to persevere on the phone.

I've tried calling multiple times, but every time I get through, they just hang up on me! It's been over 24 hours with no response and I'm absolutely at my breaking point now! This is getting ridiculous!

I've been a customer for nearly 24 years and have never had an agent hang up on me. How far into a conversation are you getting before this happens?

Normally the only reason they would hang up is if you fail the security questions, is this what's happening @JWalters92?

Its the same 3 time this morning! go through security, they have then placed me on hold to transfer me, someone picks up and then answers and ends the call! fuming is an understatement
