Sky bill gone out unexpectedly
Hi there, I cancelled my sky mobile subscription a few days ago to which I received email confirmation of it being cancelled and suspended. However, my mobile bill has gone out of my bank by direct debit but I'm no longer with sky anymore. How do I go about getting a refund?

Bills for Sky mobile are generated 3 days before the billing date (TV and broadband is 14 days) so this bill was almost certainly created whilst you were still a customer. It will be reimbursed / part reimbursed in due course.
