Sky systems for age verification has a bug. Im using a visa credit card, defo a credit card!! But skys systems says please "please use a credit card". but its defo a credit card. i have other debit / charge cards. but i am using my visa credit card. but sky systems thinks its not a credit card, so defo a bug in Sky age verification setup. i only have 1 credit card. This has been an issue for months. I was forced to call in & waste 30 minutes, as i couldn't self serve online, and then agent said it could take 48 hours to be complete. for gods sake fix the bug asap as just frustrating having bugs for months

In the meantime, apart from borrowing a different credit card from a friend or relative, the only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
