So Sky VIP says I can save £72 on getting Pixel 8 Pro.  I am trying to get this offer by upgrading my phone but it wont allow me to, only if I order a new contract.  Any ideas on getting around this?  Tried sky chat bot which is useless and contact centre which is just as bad.

The terms and conditions state this offer is available if you purchase it so it looks like you can not get this if you try to it as an upgrade that I can see.
