Sky Swap, Pixel 10 promotion, remaining balance

Hello! 

soooo I have about £650 left to pay on my iPhone 15 pro max agreement, sky are offering £390 trade in plus an extra £250 if I swap to a pixel 10 pro. 

This will clear everything off credit wise so I can start again.

My question is, will the £390 and the £250 both be applied to my next bill at the same time? 

I don't really want to end up in a situation where the £390 is applied and I've got to pay £260 upfront - then eventually get the pixel promo added further down the line as a bill credit.

Any help on this would be appreciated! Thanks all

Terms say:

If you’re an existing Sky Mobile customer swapping to the Google Pixel 10 Pro, you’ll receive a £250 bill credit. To claim, log into your Sky Mobile account to start your Swap journey. Pick the Google Pixel 10 Pro to swap to and once you’ve completed the process, your £250 bill credit will be added to your next bill.​

So should be credited at the same time as you are billed for the deficit but I wouldn't bank on it.

@Imeloiseee They probably won't be added at the same time on the same bill, the terms of the £250 credit state it will be added to your next bill(after you successfully claim it), the credit for the trade in may well take longer as it takes a while for the company who deal with the trade ins/swaps to process the phone and apply the credit, there is also the possibility that they will lower the offer once they receive the phone(there are quite a few posts here about that), if they do you will have to challenge that and that can delay the process further.

Yes, worth noting the trade in offer is subject to inspection..

Ah thanks for your help! So essentially I'll have to pay it up front, then have it all put as a credit on the new contract. That's a bit annoying! I'll probably just stick with my iPhone as it sounds a bit of a hassle to swap!

Thanks! Yeah I've seen a few people on here say they didn't receive the credit last year for the pixel 9 promotion. What a conundrum!
