Sky SIM not arrived, no option for PAC or anything?!

So,

 

Phone was stolen, and requested a new sim along with a new phone contract. 
Phone arrived within 2 days,

 

SIM hasn't, over six days, throughout this time I've requested sky to give a PAC number to give to me, as without my phone verification I can't access bank details etc. 

 

Basically been told to wait the 6 days as there are no other options, made it clear I could go in person to collect it or pay more for better delivery etc, nothing.

 

So now the 6 days have gone and no SIM, I've called them again to explain I was right, and there was an issue, Royal Mail have explained they have no record of any parcel as such.

 

So what did they tell me? NOTHING can be done. Just have to sit with my life on pause for another week while the sim likely won't arrive anyway given what happened last time.

 

This is my sons phone, in which while he doesn't have access to the number, he can't buy food or go to university, pay for parking or travel.

 

Awful from sky

I've written a complaint,

and been given no reply for I'd say 4 days, so to add that onto my intital struggle, I'd say 2 WEEKS with no support from sky AT ALL.

Almost 2 weeks NO SIM!

So, to follow on from my previous forum, it feels like I'm battling sky just to get a SIM card. 

 

They haven't sent anything, 2 weeks ago almost they said they had sent it, nothing arrived.

Since then they said they sent it out again, would you be surprised that nothing has arrived again! 

 

They have told me I can't have a PAC number to leave, I can't do anything. 


Essentially they are holding my old number hostage and won't provide me access to it!
