Sky Roaming Passport

Hi can anyone tell me, does the data passport automatically kick in each time I use phone o when abroad or do I need to inform Sky ?

@Rich+judd+-3  It will automatically start when you use your phone if you have it phone set to roaming.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
