I have been a customer for over 20 years I used to have 5 mobile devices linked to my account which have expired, they are still showing on my account but zero billing can @Sky remove them as I wishto get an ipad.

They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a while for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
