Sky Mobile

I cant make phone calls & cant get mobile data? My mobile phone is the only phone l have so cant ring Sky. Sky please help online virtual assistant doesnt help. 
Sky can you help please you have my phone number. Or email me with a solution.

I also have the same problem , been struggling for internet last couple weeks and then today have 5g but no internet access

@Daniel It does look like their is a big issue. On My Sky it says their are no issues. If they are having issues why don't they put it on status on our accounts. I look online and it says no issue's.
