Sky Mobile

Has anyone else had money stolen off them by Sky. Had to pay £394 as upfront paymeny on new phones which Sky then declined but still took the money from my account. Tried to get the money refunded since 13th Dec 2023 and am still waiting for refund

No money has been stolen. If your mobile deal has been cancelled due to you failing the credit checks any downpayment is usually refunded in 14 days. That has probably increased due to the holiday period.

Bull - Still not had my money back I had to phone them again last week and still nothing. (removed)
