Sky Mobile won’t connect to my Wifi

Both my and my daughters mobile phones won't connect to our Sky WiFi since having upgraded to the Sky Max Hub. Although my wife's and son in laws phones are connecting ok. I've tried contacting Sky but I keep getting referred to the self check service which I have done and it says their is an issue with the broadband checker and the account.

if it has any bearing on this I live in Southampton

Hi @Dave1269  have you tried restarting the router ?
