Sky Mobile piggy bank and renewing my contract

Hi folks

I ran into some financial difficulties last year and sadly had to return my Sky TV and Broadband equipment due to an outstanding balance.  During this time my Sky Mobile payments were unaffected but I lost the ability to use my Piggy bank feature and it has never worked since.  I can transfer data and it comes off the balance but never reaches my phone data account.  My contract is up in August but I cannot renew it as it says my account is blocked, although again it is up to date.  I'm guessing if there is an issue with the whole package, all aspects of the account are affected?

What is happening when you try to access your piggybank, are you see a restricted message for example ?

I can use the piggy bank function all the way through, even to the point where the activity screen at the bottom records the transaction, but data never rolls over.

Have you reported this issue to Sky as it needs investigaing by them. 150 is the free number to call them on.

No, I figured the account benefits were blocked until I repaid the balance for the TV and broadband.
